ELIZABETH LESINSKI

Elizabeth Lesinski hails from Buffalo, NY, and is a graduate of Niagara University with a BFA in Theatre Arts. Moving to Chicago was a big jump from the 6ft. mounds of snow and radioactive bugs she had always known. Elizabeth visited Chicago over spring break in her senior year of college. Most people would bring home a mug or shirt with the Hancock building on it as a memento of their stay in the Windy City, but in true Elizabeth fashion, she came back with an apartment in Lincoln Park as a souvenir. Elizabeth adjusted to the change of scenery nicely and has had the pleasure of working with a number of theatre companies including, Theo Ubique, The Side Project, Chicago Kids Company, Raven Theatre, and of course Hell in a Handbag where she is thrilled to be a part of this amazing ensemble! Elizabeth’s first Handbag experience was as Mrs. Claus in  Rudolph, The Red Hosed Reindeer. She was delighted to have the opportunity to play this role even though she was actually born a woman.
